The Open and Affirming (ONA) Team wants to share a testimony from one of our transgender friends about the LGBTQ Support Group that has been meeting monthly at the church and via zoom:

 

“Your group allowed me to get in touch with being me and expressing it in public and that feeling is so valuable to someone like me. It also allowed me to share my progress as I transitioned with excitement and zeal because I actually felt that you were listening to me and excited for my progress also...it is really needed for the transgender community to have such wonderful, openminded and caring people to gather with.”

We look forward to being able to meet again in person! The LGBTQ Support Group is open to members, friends, and family of all LGBTQ people age 18 and older.  This is a non-religious group.
